By placing an order with Transform Your Thought you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions in full.

Transform Your Thought provides physical goods that consist of handmade candles, oils, and perfumes, as well as services consisting of tarot readings, mediumship readings, and spell work (also referred to as a working or casting) for individuals. 

By placing an order with us you agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms

• You are 18 years of age or older

• Specific outcomes or results are not guaranteed.

• Services do not constitute as professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

• You accept responsibility for your interpretation and personal decisions following the service.

• All services are understood to be spiritual and subjective in nature. Your decision to purchase is made voluntarily and based on your own discretion.

• Services are for entertainment purposes.

• Whatever email is used at checkout will be the email used for all communications unless specified.

 

 

Before booking, please exhaust other options than spell work to get your desired outcome. Spell work should be an addition to the effort you are currently putting in when you aren't reaching desired results. If you are in an unsafe situation, seek professional assistance before booking a spell.

Each spell will be started, performed, and closed remotely by Ashley. Pictures of before and after the service is completed will be sent to the client’s email as proof of service. All communication will be remotely; nothing will be physically sent to you.

Services may take up to 28 days to be completed from your purchase date. Proof of service through pictures and a message will be communicated via email provided within 28 days. Ashley will include an interpretation of the spell info in your email. Multiple castings may be done at once, but each service will be specific to the individual with a card that has the initials provided.

No refunds will be given on spellwork unless we do not deliver the service as described above within the timeframe described above. Once the spell leaves the altar, there are no refunds, even if desired results are not reached.

By purchasing spellwork from Transform your thought, you agree that:

• You wish to engage the services of Transform Your Thought to perform magic, spell work, or energy work on your behalf.

• No refunds are given on spells unless we do not deliver services as described above in a timely manner according to the time-frames described above. 

• Although Transform Your Thought guarantees that the work will be performed as contracted for, your results may vary from the results described in written testimonials posted on Transform Your Thought or any related review site.

• Due to the free will of the client, we can make no guarantee that the working will result in a desired or successful outcome.

• Spellwork is never a substitute for professional, health, or legal advice.

Each mediumship session begins with a small meditation before the actual zoom call for Ashley. Ashley will connect with any spirit reaching out to the client and provide messages that the spirit would like to give to the client. Three (3) questions are allowed to be asked for this session (time allowing).

Though it is uncommon, there may be no answer to one or any of your questions and the spirit that you want to connect with may not be reaching out to you. Full refunds may be given within the first 10 minutes of the session if there are no messages to be given or if I am unable connect with the spirit of your choice. There is no guarantee that a full refund will be provided if it is past the initial 10 minutes of the session.

Nothing will be shipped to you for this reading. You will receive a zoom invite link in your email. Within 5 days of purchase.

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment by reaching out to transformyourthought@gmail.com 48 hours before your appointment time.

There is a 10-minute grace period for showing up late.
 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by the law, Transform Your Thought shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary or consequential damages under any circumstances, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic loss, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the candle, perfume, oil, reading, or working. 
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the product or service shall not exceed the total purchase price of the product or service. 
Transform Your Thought shall not be held liable for dissatisfaction with the subjective outcomes of a service or product.
Transform Your Thought shall not be held liable for any decisions or actions taken by the client based on services provided.
