Cancellation Policy

Canceling your appointment: Full refunds are honored up to 24 hours before your appointment time. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment by reaching out to transformyourthought@gmail.com up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Refund Policy: Full refunds may be given within the first 10 minutes of the session if there are no messages to be given and I cannot connect to any recognizable spirits. There is no guarantee that a full refund will be provided if Ashley connects with spirits within the first 10 minutes, even if it is not a specific spirit you are hoping to hear from. Each mediumship session begins with meditation before the actual zoom call for Ashley. Ashley will connect with any spirits reaching out to the client and provide messages that the spirit would like to give to the client. Questions you have are allowed to be asked in this session (time allowing). Though it is uncommon, there may be no answer to one or any of your questions and the spirit that you want to connect with may not be reaching out to you. Nothing will be shipped to you for this reading. You will receive a meeting invite link in your email. Within 5 days of purchase. There is a 10-minute grace period for showing up late.
